  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. We work diligently to fulfill your orders promptly.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • We try our best to make it free for our customers, but in case it is determined otherwise, the costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and other factors such as customs clearance. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control may occasionally occur, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  • Standard Shipping (15 to 25 Days).
    Priority Shipping (5 to 16 Days).

    Due to the Global Pandemic of COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays. please be patient. Thanks for your understanding.

    NOTE: For faster shipping time we may remove the original packaging and replace it with secured bubble packing slip. Lost and severely damaged packages will be fully refunded.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number, and within 1-3 days the tracking number will be provided through email with instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the designated carrier's tracking system.
